Jig fishing and harling or spinning around either:

  • Acacia Bay and Jerusalem Bays
  • Easter Side (CBD) fish along the waterfront and cliffs, and river mouths

During the trip we will stop off for refreshments and a gourmet delight on one of the beautiful beaches along the way.

Allow approx 4.5 hours per trip (3-4 hours on the water)

Tours include:

  • Full instruction
  • Top quality kayaking equipment
  • Gourmet refreshments
  • On request only Transport from/to Taupo Information Centre – 30 Tongatiro St, Taupo (on request only, call or email to arrange)

Times (can be flexible with times for group bookings)

  • Summer: dawn or 8.30am and 1.30pm
  • Winter: 10am
